Only unopened, unused HealthyChange Scripts Kit with items in original packaging are eligible for return. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and must be postmarked in this return window. There are no refunds on any Refill products. Refunds issued as: Original payment method, minus shipping.

To receive a refund: 

1) The customer must send an email to info@healthychangescripts.com and state reason for the return. 

2) A return form will be emailed to the customer 

3) Return form must be included in the return package. 

• Returned items inspected within 5 business days

• If not in resalable condition, refund may be denied
